I offer premium personal training from a private gym space in Plympton, helping busy people get in shape and feel strong without burning out or depriving themselves.


Who's it for?

If you're tired of feeling unhappy with your health and fitness, personal training is an ideal choice for you. All my plans are bespoke and tailored to your health goals. Working one to one with a coach in a private training space enables you to see high quality results in a short space of time, and gives you the tools you need to maintain your results for life.

What's inlcuded

  • Free Initial Consultation - Come and meet me, see the training space and discuss your goals with no pressure to commit to training.

  • Personal Transformation Roadmap - At the start of your programme, we will work together to break down your long-term goals into a step-by-step action plan, giving you a clear vision of where you're heading and how you will get there.

  • Bespoke Programme Design - No cookie-cutter workout plans. After your initial consultation, I will write you a 4-week programme from scratch to enable you to reach your goals. Every 4 weeks, I'll update your plan to keep sessions fun and interesting.

  • Private Coaching - No waiting around for equipment, no one else watching you, and no distractions! Your training will be in a private facility, creating a truly personal service that's all about you.

  • Check-ins every 6-8 weeks - Keep on track with frequent check-ins. Sometimes life gets in the way, or maybe your workout schedule isn't working for you; regular checks ins make sure we are constantly improving your plan.

  • Nutritional Guidance - With all the hard work you'll be putting in at the gym, you'll want to ensure your nutrition is on track too. During your check-ins, we'll discuss your diet and see what improvements you can make to keep you fuelled and strong.

  • Unrivalled Support - I am passionate about supporting you inside and outside our sessions. I am always able to answer any questions you have between workouts.

Your investment

My personal training packages run in 4 week blocks, with no long-term contracts keeping you tied in if you're not happy. I am currently only taking on clients who are serious about transforming their health and can commit to two or more training sessions per week.
